Take an express bus or train to Kawaguchiko (about 2–2.5 hours).


Arakurayama Sengen Park – 1 hour

Climb to the Chureito Pagoda for one of Japan’s most iconic Mt. Fuji views. Ideal in any season — especially during cherry blossoms or autumn leaves.


Kawaguchiko Sightseeing – 2–3 hours

  • Lake Kawaguchi (take a lakeside stroll or boat ride)

  • Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for views from above

  • Kubota Itchiku Art Museum (kimono art in a serene setting)

Onsen Ryokan Stay

Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha (or Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine) – 30–45 mins
